National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (Level 2) Under the Licensing Act 2003, anyone authorising the sale by retail or the supply of alcohol will have to hold a personal licence. In order to qualify for a personal licence, an applicant must by law hold a NCPLH licensing qualification which is:
- OFQUAL accredited, and
- Government approved (DCMS)
The Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, is both OFQUAL and DCMS approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
