Our mission is simply to be Blackpool's leading personal licence training provider for both NCPLH and BIIAB licence related training courses, and provide regular training courses in Blackpool giving candidates quick access to exams and personal licence courses.

Gill is not only experienced with licensing paperwork but knows the law inside out and has gained practical experience during her time with the police by policing licensed premises locally.
Gill covers the whole of the North West including; Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside and the Wirrial and can help with any new licence application.
